All indicators share the same logic: source (Tick / Minute) → aggregation → target timeframe.

2. Common Parameters (All Four Indicators)

Candle Count

Maximum number of bars (diagrams) displayed and calculated. Affects performance. Recommendation: avoid extreme values, especially with tick sources.

Source Type

• TICK — maximum accuracy. Must be lower than the target timeframe.

• MINUTE — reference mode. May introduce errors, especially for weekly or session accumulation.

Source Minutes

Active only with Source Type = MINUTE. Number of minutes in the source. Change only if you fully understand the implications.

Show MA / Period MA

Enables and sets the moving average period (Not for FxStillRegularProfiles).

3. FxStillRegularProfiles.

Three Display Modes (View Type)

• Normal — total volume. Classic profile.

• BuySell — two sub‑profiles: Buy above zero, Sell below zero.

• Delta — difference (Buy – Sell) per price level.

Three Accuracy Levels (Accuracy)

• FINE — every tick at its exact price level.

• AVERAGE — rounding to 10 ticks.

• ROUGH — rounding to 100 ticks (for weekly or monthly profiles).

Four Update Modes (Update Type)

• On Each Tick — maximum sensitivity.

• By Timer — update by timer (ms).

• Volume percent change — update when total volume changes by a given percentage.

• Volume count change — update when total volume changes by an absolute value.

Key Output Buffers

• TPoc — Point of Control

• TVah / TVal — Value Area High / Low

• TVwap — Volume Weighted Average Price

• TMedian / TMedian2 — Buy and Sell medians (BuySell mode)

4. FxStillCumDelta

What It Calculates

Accumulated difference between Ask (buy) and Bid (sell) volumes. Shows whether the balance of power is holding or the market is shifting.

Three Display Modes (View Type)

• Lines — line chart.

• Bars — histogram.

• Candles — candlestick representation (OHLC of delta inside the bar).

Four Reset Modes (Reset Type)

• NEWBAR — resets on every new bar. Incompatible with CANDLES mode.

• NEWSESSION — resets at the start of a new trading session.

• NEWWEEK — resets at the beginning of each week.

• NEWINTERVAL — resets within a user‑defined time window (Start Hour / End Hour).

Reset is applied on the lower timeframe, eliminating lag.

Output Buffers

• CDelta — current cumulative delta value

• CDeltaMA — moving average of delta

• OpenDelta, CloseDelta, HighDelta, LowDelta — for candlestick representation

5. FxStillBidAskVolumes

What It Calculates

• Buy volume (Ask) — aggressive buys (trades executed at Ask price)

• Sell volume (Bid) — aggressive sells (trades executed at Bid price)

Two Display Modes (View Type)

• NORMAL — single histogram of total volume.

• BUYSELL — Buy volume above zero, Sell volume below zero (zero line automatically added).

Four Reset Modes (Reset Type)

• NEWBAR

• NEWSESSION

• NEWWEEK

• NEWINTERVAL (Start Hour / End Hour)

Two Moving Averages (BUYSELL mode)

• MaHisto — MA of Buy volume (TotalBuy)

• MaHisto2 — MA of Sell volume (TotalSell)

Sell volume values are stored as negative numbers (for correct histogram rendering and simplified delta calculation).

Output Buffers

• TotalVolume — total volume (NORMAL mode)

Formula

OFI = (Ask Volume – Bid Volume) / Total Volume

Result range: from -1.0 to +1.0

• +1.0 — 100% buying pressure

• 0.0 — perfect balance

• -1.0 — 100% selling pressure

• Lines — line chart with color coding.

• Bars — histogram above / below zero.

• Candles — Japanese candles of OFI (body = intra‑bar range, wicks = extremes).

7. What a Trader Gets in Practice

FxStillRegularProfiles → structure

Understand where fair value (Value Area) is, where control (POC) sits, and at which levels volume accumulated.

FxStillCumDelta → direction and exhaustion

• Price up, CumDelta up → trend confirmed by flow.

• Price up, CumDelta down → divergence, potential reversal.

• Price sideways, CumDelta up → hidden accumulation.

FxStillBidAskVolumes → initiative

Price makes a new high, but Ask histogram does not grow → not a breakout, but absorption by sellers.

FxStillOFI → timing

High positive OFI at a support test → strong rejection. Negative OFI on an upward breakout → false move.

8. Technical Requirements

• Platform: NinjaTrader 8 (build 8.0.26.0 or higher)

• Data providers: Rithmic, CQG, Kinetick, IQFeed, Binance, Bybit. Forex — requires quality tick history.

• Not supported: Target timeframes of Range, Renko, PnF, Volume, Heiken Ashi.

• TickReplay: Not required. All calculations run in real time.
